My house is a little gem on the sea.

 The apartment is new (finished in April 2021), has a beautiful double bedroom with sea view, a living room with 2 sofa beds, an equipped kitchen and a small bedroom with a triple bunk bed that my girls love because it was designed like a ship's cabin. The house is perfect for a family but also a group of friends or 2 small families can feel good, even if a little cramped.

I am a design enthusiast so I have taken care of the preparation of this house in the smallest details, taking care to satisfy all the functional aspects necessary to make a relaxing holiday unique (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, etc.) without leave out the irony and light-heartedness that you look for when you go on vacation; so why not swing a bit in the kitchen while waiting for the pasta to cook? Relax and come back as children, in my house you have to be happy!

The apartment is located in a luxury residential complex with swimming pool and direct access to the sea. The descent to the sea is a bit impervious, you have to walk 70 m in nature in a path but when you reach the sea you will be rewarded by a wild and uncontaminated beach, almost deserted with crystal clear water!

 It is surrounded by greenery with a beautiful fenced lawn in front where you can eat or relax on a garden canopy bed.

If you have small children we can provide you with a cot and high chair free of charge.

2 parking spaces are at your disposal.

The swimming pool is open from 1st June to 30th September.

The house is located exactly in "Capo Cervo" in the most panoramic point of the coast, so much so that in the courtyard of the house there are the remains of the ancient Saracen watchtower. Surrounded by greenery and directly on the sea, it is a unique place to regenerate away from the stress and noise of the city.

Cervo is one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Liguria: its colorful houses, the small church at the top of the village, the crystal clear sea and the fragrant focaccia will make you fall in love with it.
