About the Space

The house is part of a residential complex organized with numerous completely independent villas (free on 4 sides and at your complete and exclusive disposal) and some common services such as the swimming pool, the tennis court, the private beach. Completely immersed in nature, it enjoys a wonderful private sandy bay: intimate but with splendid colors that turn from blue to green (hence the name of the complex "Conca verde"). Our house is in the first row "pieds dans l'eau" as the French say, only the squash of the waves and the song of the cicadas will disturb your relaxation. Imagine yourself having lunch under the bougainvillea or sunbathing in the hammock on the terrace, close your eyes, smell the scent of the maritime pines... aren't you more relaxed already? A private heated Jacuzzi is at your exclusive disposal in the private courtyard, you can bathe at 35 degrees while admiring the sea even in the middle of winter. Small but completely renovated with all the comforts, our villa is perfect for a family:

you will find a living room with kitchen (with washing machine and dishwasher) with sofa bed and relaxation area, a new bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms: one double with a 180x190cm bed and one for children with 3 80x180cm beds. Next to the house you can relax on a large terrace of exclusive property and immediately below the house a private courtyard where you can play ball or let your 4-legged friends relax.

At guests' disposal, in addition to the terrace, a small private garden overlooking the sea where children and/or animals can play in complete freedom and safety. Stately complex supervised 24h/24 frequented mainly by families where your children will make friends without problems and will be able to play and get together freely without danger. Private parking space next to the house (parking in Liguria in the summer is a nightmare!)

Being directly on the sea you will have to go down 2 flights of stairs to reach the house from the road and also to reach the swimming pool and the beach there are some steps to do but you will be repaid by the scent of salt and maritime pine and by the absence of car noise .

Less than 2 kilometers away you will find the medieval village of Cervo, elected by forbs among the 4 most beautiful towns to visit in 2021 on the Italian Riviera while Andora, with its large sandy beaches, has now never received the blue flag for more than 20 consecutive years for cleanliness and sea water quality.

Other things to keep in mind

Our home is an oasis of peace, let yourself be lulled by the sound of the waves and wake up to the song of the seagulls. Leave your children free on the beach or in the swimming pool, there are no dangers! And if you want an aperitif, don't worry about having to move the car to go to the village, on your return you will park in your private parking space (parking in Liguria is a nightmare :-)) )
