Immediately below the swimming pool there is a beautiful private beach with water characterized by splendid colors that turn towards emerald (hence the name of the residence "Conca Verde").

The house is located in a complex surrounded by greenery directly on the sea. The center of Andora is about 1km away, while the splendid medieval village of Cervo, a Unesco heritage site, is less than 2km away. The car is essential to reach the town.

Other things to keep in mind

The swimming pool is open from 15 June to 15 September. Closed Wednesday.
